MY teaching METHOD

    Asana

    Asana is the physical practice of yoga. Postures allow us to build strength, hone our muscles and release tension.

    Pranayama

    Breathwork, or Pranayama is the process of mindful breathing. Practices involve controlled techniques to focus the mind and energize the body.

    Pratyahara

    Pratyahara is the reduction of outside distractions, leading us towards a meditative state. This is achieved by focusing on inner awareness.
